Cross-checked against Oklahoma Administrative Code 800:25-7-12 (via Cornell Law's regulation mirror), which independently confirms the same season, county list, cocks-only rule, and 'Official sunrise to official sunset' hunting hours, last amended 2020. Oklahoma's pheasant range is small and confined to the northwest — the open counties are Alfalfa, Beaver, Cimarron, Garfield, Grant, Harper, Kay, Major, Noble, Osage, Texas, Woods and Woodward, plus the parts of Blaine, Dewey, Ellis, Kingfisher and Logan counties north of State Highway 51; pheasant hunting is closed everywhere else in the state, unlike Nebraska/Colorado which run statewide seasons. No separate youth season was found on the official page or in the administrative code — Oklahoma appears to run one regular season for all pheasant hunters.
