01 — Agreement

By using hunteralmanac.com you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site. The site is operated by Honeygoat GmbH, Kägenstrasse 21, 4153 Reinach, Switzerland.

02 — What you may do

Read it, print it, take it into the field, send pages to your hunting partners. That is what it is for, and none of it needs our permission.

You may quote us — a table, a date, a paragraph — provided you name the source and link back to the page you took it from.

What we ask you not to do:

• republish substantial parts of the site as your own content, or feed it wholesale into another product without attribution;
• scrape the site at a rate that burdens the server, or bypass technical limits;
• present our compiled tables as an official source, or imply that a wildlife agency endorses this site;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

The underlying facts — season dates, bag limits, fees — are public regulatory information and belong to no one. Our selection, arrangement, wording, tables and images do, and are owned by Honeygoat GmbH.

03 — Accuracy, and its limits

We verify every date against the wildlife agency that sets it and record when we checked. That is a real process, described on our verification page — and it is still not a guarantee. Agencies amend seasons mid-year, emergency orders close areas at short notice, and a page checked in August can be out of date in October.

The agency's own current regulations always govern. This is important enough that it has its own page: please read the Disclaimer before relying on anything here.

04 — No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current.

05 — Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honeygoat GmbH is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this site — including fines, citations, lost licences, forfeited hunts, travel costs or any other loss resulting from reliance on information published here.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intent or gross negligence, for personal injury, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

06 — Links to other sites

This almanac links constantly to state agencies, regulation documents and licence portals. Those sites are not ours: we do not control them, are not responsible for their content or availability, and their linking does not imply any relationship with them. Once you leave hunteralmanac.com, their terms and privacy policies apply.

07 — Advertising and affiliate links

Where the site carries advertising or affiliate links, they are marked and explained in our affiliate and advertising disclosure. A commission never changes what a season table says — the dates come from the agency, not from a partner.

08 — Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site, and may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; continued use after a change means you accept it.

09 — Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Reinach, Switzerland, to the extent legally permissible.

If you use this site as a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions in your country or state of residence — those continue to apply regardless.
