Tuckahoe Wildlife Management Area covers 18,785 acres near Corbin City, Estelle Manor, and Upper Township (spans all three) in Atlantic, Cape May County. Salt marsh, freshwater rivers and marshes, controlled impoundments, and Pine Barrens woodland — one of NJFW's oldest properties, with the first 12,377 acres purchased in 1933 and a set of managed waterfowl impoundments added in the 1940s.

- A standard New Jersey hunting license (Firearm and/or Bow & Arrow, matching the species and method) covers hunting here — no separate area permit for the WMA itself.
- Waterfowl hunters still need the standard New Jersey Waterfowl Stamp and Federal Duck Stamp on top of their base license, same as anywhere else in the state.

Tuckahoe is one of the oldest pieces of New Jersey's entire WMA system — the original purchase dates to 1933, and its managed waterfowl impoundments, built in the 1940s under the area's namesake director, are still actively managed for water levels today. Spanning Atlantic and Cape May counties at nearly 19,000 acres, it mixes tidal salt marsh with Pine Barrens woodland, giving it a genuinely three-species draw: waterfowl in the impoundments and marsh, deer and small game in the uplands.
